Accurate mirror finish at inside diameter of the liner ensures very high lives for the Pistons.         "PERFORMANCE" SERIES URETHANE BONDED PISTONS Performance series Pistons are constructed of Urethane bonded to a solid metal hub. The oil and chemical resistant urethane is designed to provide optimum performance in oil base or water base mud and high drilling pressures under extreme drilling conditions. More dense polyurethane construction provides superior resistance to abrasive fluids providing optimum service life in harsh drilling conditions.         "ADVANCE" SERIES NITRILE BONDED PISTONS Advance series pistons are constructed of Nitrile rubber bonded to a solid metal hub. The oil resistant rubber is designed to provide optimum performance in oil base or water base mud and high drilling pressures.         "PINNACLE" SERIES Piston Assembly Pinnacle series Piston Assemblies are available both in single and double acting type.. Piston rubbers of Piston assemblies are manufactured by using very high strength polymer with very tough fabric backing. Special care is taken for accurate dimensions of Piston hub and formed from high grade steel to ensure very long life. SEPL,s Piston assemblies give very long life even under extreme working conditions. pistons are fully interchangeable with other API standard designed pistons and deliver maximum performance in almost all drilling conditions         Piston Rubber Assemblies Piston Rubber Assemblies are available as a kit comprising Piston Rubber, End Plate & Snap Ring for field replacement.         Four-wing Valves & Full open Seats (urethane bonded valve inserts) Full open Seat & wing guided Valve design features a large metal-to-metal bearing area for long life and the urethane bonded insert results in a perfectly round inset that prevents premature seal failures of the inserts. The insert is molded around the serrations, inserts failure due to tears from the serrations are eliminated. Most importantly the insert is not stretched over the valve during installation; there are no residual stresses from installation to shorten insert life.         Four-wing Valves & Full open Seats (snap-on valve inserts) Four-wing guided valves and full open seats which feature greater fluid flow through the full open seat. The full open seat provides easier valve maintenance and seat pulling, in valve-over- valve fluid ends. Innovative one piece casting valve design eliminates snap rings, plates or keepers providing reduced maintenance by snap-on valve inserts and easy installation. This combination will handle lost circulation material better than most conventional style valves and seats while the seating angle greatly improves flow characteristics and the heavy-duty load bearing capacity greatly improves service life.         Stem-guided Valves & Cross-arms Seats Valve Assemblies consisting of Valve Seat, Valve Body, & Valve Insert are available for different API valve pot size. Special care is taken for the dimensional matching of valve seat and valve body working angles for ensuring very high life even under extreme working conditions. Valve Inserts are made out of high quality polyurethane material.         Valve Spares Valve Seat, Valve Body and Valve Nut are manufactured by using forged carbon steel / stainless steel as per the requirement of the users, suitably hardened grounded finished and hard-coated, wherever required. Special care is taken for dimensional matching between Valve Seat and Valve Body working angles to ensure long-life under severest of working conditions. Inserts are available in polyurethane and other polymers to suit customers' requirement. Valve Insert / Discs Valve Seats Valve Body Valve Springs Valve Nuts         Valve Cover Gaskets, Liner Gaskets, etc Gaskets & Packings are made out of appropriately selected grade of synthetic rubber suitably compounded for the required application. Rubber compound for gaskets & packings have been developed after years of research in our laboratory. Packings require skill-full manufacturing technique have also been developed after several years of application research and now they are rated as one of the best in the market.         Pulsation Dampeners & Stabilizer SEPL Pulsation Dampeners are manufactured by using blend of Hydrogenated Nitrille Rubber most suitable for such application, strongly bonded with metal wherever requirement.
